Something not working, or not making sense? We would rather hear about it than have you quietly give up on it.
Email us
contact@bobbychips.comWe read everything and usually reply within two business days. If you are writing about a bug, telling us your baby's name is not necessary, but the rough time of day it happened is genuinely useful.
From inside the app
Open Settings, then Send feedback. That route attaches your app version automatically, which saves a round trip when we are trying to work out what you were running.
Check three things, in this order. First, notifications are allowed for Bobbychips in your device settings. Second, the bell in the app is not paused, either for this device or for the whole day. Third, reminders are scheduled from your baby's logged rhythm, so a brand new account with no history has nothing to predict from yet.
In Settings, open Caregivers and create an invite link. It works once and expires after seven days. Everyone you invite sees the same timeline, and you can remove someone at any time, which ends their access immediately.
No. Set the timezone for your baby in Settings and choose whether to move to local time or keep your baby's rhythm. Past entries keep the moment they actually happened, so your history does not shift underneath you.
Yes. Settings has an export, and the check up summary is built to be printed and taken to an appointment.
Settings, then Delete account. It removes your account and every baby you own, including logged events and photos. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a copy.
No. It shows patterns in what you have logged, and general information from public WHO and CDC guidance. For anything that concerns you about your baby, talk to your pediatrician.
Our Privacy Policy covers what we store and who can see it. The Terms of Use cover the rest. Bobbychips is currently available in the United States only.
